1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at the date and time specified on the entry page, eligible U.S. residents may visit www.doobareviews.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Entries must be received by the date and time specified on the entry page to be eligible for the final drawing. Entry limits (number of times a participate may enter) are specified on the contest entry page. If more entries per person are received than allowed, only the allowed amount of entries will be counted. Participants may be disqualified if entries exceed the specified limit.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to all residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions, except APO/FPO addresses), who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry on or before the Contest Closing Date. If the selected entrant is under the age of majority, his or her parents or legal guardians will also be required to sign an indemnity of the Sponsor regarding the selected entrant’s acceptance of the prize. Employees of DoobaReviews/Infopointe, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize: A random drawing will be conducted on or about seven (7) business days after the close of the contest from all eligible entries received by the contest closing date and time. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one Grand Prize prize per household. Winners will be notified by email. Entrants are eligible to win only one prize.

U.S. residents: All winners will be notified by email.

4. PRIZES & VALUES: Prizes and values are specified on the contest entry page. Prizes are valued in U.S. currency.

5. GENERAL RULES: Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 15 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and agencies harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.  Prizes that require mailing will be mailed only to a verifiable address within the United States.

6. WINNERS: For a list of the Grand and First Prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope postmarked no later than 90 days after the contest close date. Winner’s list will be sent once the Grand and First Prizes have been awarded.

7. SPONSOR:

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the online sweeps entry if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, the drawing will be conducted to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible online entries received prior to termination. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
